Requirements

  • You have been a liaison between wholesale customers and Sales representatives
  • You have expertly used a variety of complex systems
  • You are known for creating positive internal and external customer experiences
  • You have the order flow process knowledge gained from prior work (from order creation to invoicing)
  • You can give examples of how you've resolved customer issues by investigating problems and providing recommendations

Responsibilities

  • You manage the order book and execute requested order changes, while guiding accounts and Sales representatives on product issues
  • You build quality relationships with our wholesale customers and Sales representatives
  • You respond to inquiries for order status and tracking, invoice copies, stock availability, catalogs, product information and promotional program
  • You understand, document, and communicate your accounts' packing and routing guidelines to our shipping team
  • You execute set-up of new accounts and new doors within SAP
  • You create reports as needed for Sales representatives
  • You create return authorizations and assist in reverse logistics for account returns
  • You work with Credit to manage chargeback disputes
  • You troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues directly with IT
