Nucar is growing again, and we are currently looking for a Wholesale Client Care Rep to join our fast paced sales team. We expect the ideal candidate to embody DCD Automotive/Nucar's strong commitment to customer satisfaction which has permitted DCD Automotive/Nucar to become recognized as a professional leader in automotive sales and service. Our success and growth in the future are dependent upon our ability to sustain this superior reputation, and we require superior customer service. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
- Computer proficiency
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients
Nice To Haves
- Sales experience preferred
Responsibilities
- To purchase vehicles through Kelly Blue Book Instant Cash Offer.
- They will also source vehicles for the stores through private party sales.
- They will communicate with people selling their vehicle on third party websites such as Autotrader, Facebook Marketplace, and Craig's List.
- They will schedule appointments for vehicle owners to come into the showroom and sell their vehicle
