Position Purpose: The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing designated wholesale accounts . This role emphasizes building long-term partnerships, achieving sales goals, and supporting merchandising strategies. The AE acts as a strategic advisor, using data and market insights to grow the business while maintaining alignment with the L. L.Bean brand. Through a deep understanding of partner needs and L. L.Bean’s product line, will help guide the assortment, ordering and in-season reaction processes. They will collaborate closely with internal teams and external clients, ensuring high levels of service and continuous improvement. The AE works under the guidance of a Senior or Account Manager. This role is based in our Corporate HQ located in Freeport, Maine and is not a remote position.
