CIP the RO, Separator, Whey UF, and the polisher. Clean CIP rooms. Clean outside of Whey plant as necessary. Inspect the CIP filters and document. Complete pre-operational inspections and document. Maintain clean CIP tanks. Visually inspect them daily and clean as needed. Check chemical strengths with kits; responsible for completion of all associated documentation. Assist other employees from all departments in cleaning when needed throughout the facility. Lift and move 55-gallon containers of chemicals. Check water filters weekly and replace as necessary. Monitor CIP equipment and chemicals. Visually check equipment after CIP. Perform various plant sanitation duties as needed. Need to obtain forklift certification within 15 days. Break down and clean equipment and pumps. Change seals, and gaskets on all equipment and lines. Perform housekeeping duties in all assigned areas. Overtime required on down days to disassemble and clean equipment. Work any overtime as required. Perform the Charm SL test to PMO standards. Able to pull samples for laboratory analysis. CIP Milk and Cream Silos, lines, and trucks as needed. Must be able to read and write in English. Obtain a Weigher’s and Sampler’s license to sample tankers and a State Pasteurizer license. Operate and CIP the Milk UF, secondary starter HTST, UF Silos, lines and all associated equipment. Able to perform chemical titrations. Clean all drains in raw area. Load out liquid products. Stock chemicals for next day CIP on a daily basis. Perform gasket inspections. CIP all vessels, separators, and lines. Process cooker water as necessary. Inventory chemicals. Able to perform chemical titrations. Maintain raw CIP tanks. Receive bulk liquids. Maintain sanitizer baths. Make production and CIP connections for milk pasteurizer. Complete master sanitation list. Perform SAP functions in the system. Maintaining Food Safety and Quality. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Need to obtain forklift certification within 15 days.
  • Must be able to read and write in English.
