Responsibilities
- Responsible for the quality and appearance of the product.
- Clean tanks, lines, trucks, whey pasteurizer and separators.
- Disassemble whey separators and manually clean parts.
- Connect and disconnect pipelines and elbows.
- Maintain pumps.
- Operate FT1.
- Operate pasteurizer and maintain associated charts.
- Sample product and maintenance of bill of ladings.
- Operate refractometer.
- Responsible for inventories of silos and chemicals.
- Load and unload trucks of fluid ingredients.
- Must be able to appropriately handle and use cleaning chemicals and conduct concentration checks.
- Requires regular attendance.
