About The Position

Individual is responsible to greet and serve all patrons, and to exceed customer expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Training is provided.

Responsibilities

Prepare food for catered events
Serve food and beverage to all customers
Operation of small equipment; if over the age of 16 years
Follow all safety procedures; knowledge of food service a plus
Have or able to obtain valid WV Food Handlers Permit
Must be at least 18 years of age to serve alcohol and be TIPS trained
Ability to work all shifts, including weekends and evenings; Schedule varies weekly
Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees
