About The Position

The Program Coordinator will oversee the daily administrative operations of the WFM Vision Clinic under a temporary, one-year agreement. This role ensures smooth clinic workflow, compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and effective coordination between clinicians, school staff, and patients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how social and physical environments influence health.
  • Minimum two years of experience working in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate program activities of the WFM Vision Clinic
  • Coordinate and ensure scheduling of patient appointments
  • Coordinate with clinicians and school staff
  • Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Supervise program workflows and maintain inventory
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, Vision Center processes and procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
