About The Position

Strada is looking for a UKG Pro WFM Solution Consultant to design and deliver end‑to‑end Workforce Management solutions for global clients. You will translate business requirements into robust UKG designs across timekeeping, scheduling, accruals, and compliance, and collaborate closely with integrations and payroll teams to ensure seamless end‑to‑end processes. The role spans project implementations and AMS (enhancements, incident resolution, and continuous improvement).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, HRIS, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience implementing or supporting UKG Pro WFM (o Kronos/Dimensions), with hands‑on configuration in:
  • Pay Rules, Work Rules, Accruals, Rounding, Holidays, Schedules
  • Timesheet/Timecard policies, exceptions, approvals, attestation
  • Basic security/roles and organizational structure
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; comfortable reading logs and triaging time/pay calculation issues.
  • Experience in client‑facing consulting environments; solid documentation and communication skills in English.
  • UKG Pro WFM (or UKG-recognized) Product/Implementation Certification (Solution/Functional track)

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to UKG Dimensions (policies, access models, Activities, API concepts).
  • Understanding of payroll integrations (SAP, ADP, Workday, Oracle).
  • Experience with European labor/attendance requirements (Spain, Italy, UK, France, NL) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and AMS delivery (SLA, incident lifecycle, problem management).
  • Participation in presales (scoping, effort estimates, demos) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery workshops; gather and document business/functional requirements for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Pay Rules, Accruals, Leaves, and Compliance.
  • Create solution designs, configuration workbooks, and fit‑gap analyses aligned to client policies and labor regulations.
  • Configure UKG Pro WFM modules (e.g., Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Attestation, Mobile) and validate end‑to-end flows.
  • Define and execute test strategies (unit, system, UAT), manage defects, and maintain high‑quality documentation.
  • Partner with Integrations teams (Boomi/WIM/APIs) to define mappings, validate payloads, and support interface testing with HR/Payroll/ERP.
  • Support cutover, go‑live, and hypercare; transition solutions to AMS with proper runbooks and KT.
  • Handle AMS tickets (incidents, service requests, minor enhancements) with SLA adherence; propose continuous‑improvement changes.
  • Advise clients on best practices for WFM configuration, security/roles, data quality, and operational governance.
  • Prepare project deliverables: BRDs/FRDs, solution design docs, config workbooks, test scripts, and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across HR, Payroll, Operations, and IT; communicate progress and risks transparently.
