Responsibilities

  • Communicate with members from an established database to understand their financial needs
  • Provide clear, professional guidance on available benefits and coverage options
  • Support members throughout the application and enrollment process
  • Maintain ongoing communication to address questions and provide updates
  • Assist existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary changes, and claims guidance
  • Ensure all interactions and transactions meet regulatory and ethical standards
