In this role, you will connect with individuals and families who have requested information about supplemental benefit programs. You will schedule virtual consultations, guide clients through available options, and support them throughout the enrollment process while contributing to a collaborative and growth-focused team environment. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Connect with individuals who have expressed interest in learning about benefit programs
  • Schedule and conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
  • Guide individuals and families through available benefit options
  • Support clients through the enrollment process and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital client records
  • Provide professional, client-focused service throughout the client experience
  • Participate in mentorship programs, team development sessions, and training calls
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team performance
