About The Position

Essential Job Functions Perform job related tasks as instructed by supervisor. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Read and understand applicable Process Procedures and safety rules. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Wet sand by hand using grit sand paper. Set up and operate Jitterbug and Mass Semi-automatic with minimal supervision. Use measuring devices such as eye loops and microscopes. Visually inspect panel’s quality and make required adjustments. Discontinue processing when a non-conforming condition is found and report it to management. Perform all tasks and routine maintenance as required by Process Procedure. Accurately complete all departmental quality and lot tracking documentation. Assist other operators, when time allows.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Excellent work ethics, detail oriented and self-motivated.
  • Be a team player and work well with others.
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), as required by work area.
  • Able to safely work with chemicals.
  • Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as required, in support of departmental and company goals.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible and willing to cross-train in other areas.
  • Ability to consistently lift 25 pounds.
  • Able to repeatedly walk approximately 20 feet to load/ unload etcher.
  • Able to walk-in uneven flooring.
  • Able to work with chemicals.
