Completes all required safety training and conducts all work in accordance with safety policies and regulations Ensures proper tool documentation/reaction mechanisms exist and submits updates to content Leads in expertise of executing area operations to ensure throughput needs are accomplished Resolves or escalates issues that could cause yield loss, excursions, defects, tool restrictions, or output loss in an urgent manner Applies SPC, FDC, and 8D methodology to process optimization, testing, creating, and modifying process related procedures, and disposition of lots to increase the tool availability and turns through systematic problem solving Monitors, analyzes, and addresses SPC issues for area processes daily and partners with Process Owners to resolve chronic SPC failures in the area Analyzes data using various application and engineering knowledge to make critical process decisions Perform project work to optimize wafer processing and increase area wafer outs Updates or helps create procedures to align with area and global practices to support training and daily execution Ensures assessor checklists and other documents are kept up to date
