This highly visible role drives human capital strategy, ensures regulatory compliance, strengthens employee relations, and supports operational performance in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. The Senior Human Resources Business Partner provides strategic oversight and hands-on support for a multi-location division. This role partners directly with field HR leaders and service center management teams to ensure consistent HR practices, mitigate risk, elevate employee engagement, and support operational objectives. This position requires strong business acumen, advanced knowledge of employment law, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels while managing a geographically dispersed workforce.
