Deine Aufgaben: Du unterstützt uns in zahlreichen administrativen und operativen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft: Support von unterschiedlichen Teamprojekten wie z.B.: PLHIV Empowerment, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von (digitalen) Veranstaltungen (z.B. Advisory Boards) Erstellung/Aktualsierung/Review/ von diversen Materialien (Powerpoint, Print, Digital, Schulungsmaterial u.v.m) Recherche und Zusammenstellung von Sachverhalten (z.B. Studien/Referenzen) Teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern. Teilnahme an Team-Meetings / ggf. Protokollführung und Nachhalten von beschlossenen Actions Aktivitäten und Prozesse operativer und adminsitrativer Form (z.B. Dokumentation entsprechend interner Vorgaben, Nutzung von Systemen) Dein Profil: Du bist immatrikulierter Student (m/w/d), und hast Freude daran, Dich in eine naturwissenschaftlich-medizinisch Indikation einzuarbeiten und diese mit Deinen kreativen Ideen mitzugestalten. Erfahrungsgemäß haben Studierende der Naturwissenschaften, Pharmazie oder Medizin hier einen gewissen Vorteil. Wir sind aber ebenso offen für Bewerbungen aus anderen Fachrichtungen. Entscheidend ist eine nachweislich hohe Eigenmotivation, Dein Interesse für die Indikation HIV und die generelle Bereitschaft „mitzudenken“.
