Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing (Tennessee license)
- CPR & First Aid certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A caring professional who leads with heart and integrity
Nice To Haves
- Prior management or senior care experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate with physicians and healthcare partners about resident care
- Support residents with daily living needs (bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
- Respond quickly and compassionately to resident emergencies
- Help ensure a safe, healthy, and happy community
