Wellness Membership Advisor (Client Experience / Sales)
About The Position

Our Salem, NH location is part of a community of studios (Bedford NH, Nashua NH, Portsmouth, NH, and Newburyport MA) that is family-owned and operated. We are a busy Elements Massage studio, with over 600 members , and we’re growing fast—now offering therapeutic skincare services & Stretch Therapy as part of our wellness offerings! This role is for someone who finds meaning in helping others feel better, live healthier, and commit to themselves. You’ll be part of a studio and team that believes self-care is essential—not indulgent—and that education, trust, and consistency are what truly help peaple live and move better. Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional experience for every client, every time they walk through our doors.
- Introduce clients to the Elements Wellness Program —a no-hassle membership designed to help them see lasting results.
- Be the welcoming face of hospitality—on the phone and in-studio.
- Ensure client paperwork, check-ins, and payments are handled quickly and accurately.
- Collaborate with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Managers to create a seamless and supportive environment.

- Base Pay: $16-$18/hour
- Commissions: $5–$20 per membership sale
