ABOUT THE ROLE The Wellness Lead is responsible for supporting a high-quality member experience across Wellness, Group Exercise, and Healthy Aging. This role ensures the wellness floor and studios are clean, safe, and equipment is maintained and ready to use; provides direct floor coverage and engagement with members; and supports recruitment and retention through intentional wellness strategies. The Wellness Lead helps manage cardio equipment inventory and tracking, maintains the Wellness Maintenance Log, assists with marketing and flyers for programs, and leads Healthy Aging programming, coordination, and reporting. The position also enforces YMCA policies and safety procedures and performs other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the Healthy Living department.
