Requirements

Sales Savvy: Previous retail or guest service experience is a must.
Tech-Fluent: Quick to learn new systems and comfortable in a digital environment.
Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking skills to turn a guest's conflict into a positive solution.

Inspire & Educate: Confidently guide guests through our therapeutic services and skincare lines.
Drive Growth: Meet monthly sales targets for memberships and gift cards—helping guests commit to their long-term health.
Create Connections: Use your upbeat tone and "loyal/authentic" vibe to build lasting relationships with our members.
