This position manages a portfolio of accounts to drive revenue, customer retention, membership and/or profit earnings growth by providing strategic and technical support throughout the sales support process. It partners with sales and account management teams to consult with prospective and existing customers on effective wellness solutions, applying expertise in population health to design and support programs that reduce health risks, manage healthcare costs, and improve workforce productivity.
