Requirements
- Sales Savvy: Previous retail or guest service experience is a must.
- Tech-Fluent: Quick to learn new systems and comfortable in a digital environment.
- Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking skills to turn a guest's conflict into a positive solution.
- Team Spirit: A desire to thrive in a collaborative, energetic, and "culture-first" setting.
Responsibilities
- Inspire & Educate: Confidently guide guests through our therapeutic services and skincare lines.
- Drive Growth: Meet monthly sales targets for memberships and gift cards—helping guests commit to their long-term health.
