As a Wellness Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the pristine and serene environment of our spa and fitness centers, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest level of relaxation and rejuvenation. With a commitment to achieving Forbes 5-Star standards, you will provide anticipatory and personalized service, ensuring that every detail contributes to an elevated wellness experience. We are looking for a Wellness Attendant who is committed to creating a serene and pristine environment for our guests within our spa and fitness areas. This role requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, and able to maintain the elevated standards of cleanliness, service, and presentation that align with our pursuit of Forbes 5-Star excellence. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our wellness spaces are always prepared, well-stocked, and in perfect condition, providing an exceptional experience for every guest. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for wellness, attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly with our team to ensure every guest enjoys a rejuvenating and luxurious experience.
Requirements

- A proactive and self-motivated approach, ensuring guest areas are always pristine and well-stocked without needing direction

- The physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Full availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our guests and operations
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and fitness areas, including locker rooms, treatment spaces, relaxation lounges, and workout facilities
- Ensure that all towels, robes, and guest amenities are replenished and presented to the highest standard
- Assist in maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere, upholding the luxurious ambiance expected in world-class spa and fitness facilities
- Respond promptly and graciously to guest requests, ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met seamlessly
- Work closely with the spa and fitness teams to support smooth daily operations, assisting in setup and restocking as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness
- Provide genuine hospitality and a warm demeanor, creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests
