About The Position

The Wellness and Marketing Manager at Eurest is responsible for overseeing nutrition and wellness support for a corporate account in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role involves implementing corporate nutrition programs, ensuring quality assurance in nutrition labeling, and supporting account-specific nutrition needs. The manager will also participate in account retention and sales efforts while promoting the company's food philosophy and sustainability commitments.

Requirements

• Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board where applicable.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional dietitian work experience, preferably in a corporate or campus setting.
• Strong public speaking skills and ability to deliver audience-appropriate presentations.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and nutrient analysis software.

• Experience in corporate or campus settings.
• Familiarity with social media for professional use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform responsibilities as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) for assigned account.
• Implement corporate nutrition programs and support quality assurance in nutrition labeling, food allergies, and special diets.
• Conduct quarterly wellness audits at all locations.
• Educate internal teams on protocols related to risk management of food allergies and special diets.
• Lead the roll-out and maintenance of guest-facing nutrition communication programs.
• Conduct site visits for quality control of nutritional programs and standards.
• Develop and implement corporate nutrition and wellness programming based on dietary recommendations and client needs.
• Create digital and physical signage for menus, specials, and promotions.
• Manage social media postings and assist unit managers with marketing collateral.
• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness and present Eurest programs to clients.
