About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Well Driller to join our Delaware team. In this role, you will operate drilling rigs, maintain equipment, and perform physical tasks such as setting up rigs and handling materials. You will be responsible for drilling and casing, installing well components, and following all safety protocols. This position requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. You will spend your day on-site as part of a team, operating drilling rigs, installing wells, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. You will lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and follow strict safety procedures. Your work directly impacts the quality and efficiency of the well installation and service provided to our clients. You’ll join a team that values safety, collaboration, and high-quality work. Requirements

  • Valid well driller license in the state of Delaware (required at hire)
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to safety and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
