About The Position

Serpa Packaging Solutions is looking for a Welder to join our growing organization! Our Welders work in a team and use a hands-on approach to successfully perform the welding of high-quality industrial packaging machinery. Requirements

• Must work well with others
• Ability to read blue prints

Nice To Haves

• 1 year welding trade school and or certification preferred but not required
• 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting

Responsibilities

• Set up and run all required welding and cutting process proficiently.
• Complete knowledge of weld symbols, ability to build welding fixtures and familiarly with machining processes.
• Conforms to requirements on a consistent basis in all welding, cutting, and finishing processes, and accepts and completes jobs efficiently.
• Capable of reading and understanding all blue-prints.
