About The Position

TempToFT Are you an experienced MIG/TIG Welder looking for your next solid opportunity? Join a growing manufacturing/fabrication team where your skills matter and quality work is valued! Weld test required What You’ll Do: Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and/or aluminum Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Set up and adjust welding equipment for each job Inspect finished welds to ensure strength, accuracy, and quality Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety standards and company procedures Work with a team to meet daily production goals What We’re Looking For: Proven experience with MIG & TIG welding Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed Welding certifications preferred but not required
