Candidate should have experience with mig or stick welding as well as the use of other fabrication tools to include a cutting torch and plasma torch. Candidates should have experience reading blueprints and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Requirements

  • Welding certification
  • High School Diploma
  • 2 plus years of previous welding experience required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Prompt, professional and dependable demeanor
  • Behave Ethically: Understand ethical behavior and business practices. Ensure behavior is consistent with these standards and align with the values of FCC
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve the goals of the organization
