We operate in Canada as Engineered Lifting Systems and Equipment (ELS)/DBA Gorbel® Canada, and subsequent communication related to Canadian positions may show the ELS name. You may be contacted by phone by recruitment personnel based in either Canada or New York. These employees are entry level with little to no experience in the job they are working in. They are the least independent and need oversight, assistance and training from Level II and Level III employees. Employees must consistently demonstrate beginner skills of 75% of skills associated with the job profile. They must meet the quality and productivity standards set by the department accuracy for a minimum of 6 months. Additionally, an employee must be A Class Above in Behaviors, Results and Improvement on their most recent performance review. Welders are responsible for designing, cutting, and permanently joining metal parts together through the application of appropriate welding techniques.
