Welder – Off Shift (2nd or 3rd Shift)
About The Position
We are looking for 2 skilled Welders to join our team on an off shift (2nd or 3rd shift). This role will support our automated welding operations, with opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced production environment. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Requirements
- Previous welding experience required
- Ability to work a 2nd shift (2 pm – 10 pm) or 3rd shift (10 pm – 6 am); must be flexible to complete an 8-hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology.
Nice To Haves
- robotic/cobot welding experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic/cobot welding equipment.
- Perform welding tasks in accordance with specifications and safety standards.
- Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Collaborate with the team to meet production goals.
