About The Position

This role involves performing welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks to support equipment repair and plant maintenance. The Welder will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing metal components and structural elements. They will need to adhere to safety procedures, maintain work areas and tools safely, and collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to efficiently complete repair tasks. Additionally, the position supports preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability.

Requirements

• Strong welding and fabrication capabilities across various techniques and materials.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions.
• Competence in safely operating welding tools, cutting equipment, and power tools.
• Capacity to assess repair needs and complete tasks with attention to detail.
• Commitment to working safely, collaboratively, and reliably in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Compliance with all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
