Responsibilities

Welding Operations: Perform stick welding to join metal components, ensuring strong, clean, and precise welds.
Equipment Setup & Maintenance: Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment, including selecting appropriate electrodes and settings for various materials.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project requirements and specifications.
Quality Control: Inspect completed welds for accuracy, strength, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations, properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain a safe work environment.
