You’ll be responsible for ensuring quality production, team leadership, and workflow efficiency. You will also: Lead and Train: Coach and develop a skilled welding team to meet production goals. Ensure Quality and Accuracy: Oversee welding operations to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction. Optimize Workflow: Manage scheduling and resources to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate and Solve Problems: Work with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. Safety First: Maintain and enforce strict safety practices to keep our team safe. Hands-On Production: Be ready to jump in and assist with welding and production work when needed. Schedule: Help to schedule manpower to ensure on time delivery. Other projects as needed Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to ASSA ABLOY standards. Assure compliance with federal, provincial, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct
