This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Job Description: Operate and set up production machinery (e.g., auto plasma welder, robotic insulation cell) and perform precise measurements using gauges and calculators. Read and interpret technical documents including blueprints, manufacturing instructions, and diagrams to ensure accurate task execution. Maintain quality and safety standards by producing defect-free products, following safety guidelines, and keeping the work area clean. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, train others, communicate issues, and support departmental functions.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
