About The Position

This is an assembly/welding position responsible for welding of sub-assemblies. The successful candidate will come with good attitude, a can-do spirit, and the ability to learn and complete assigned tasks efficiently, correctly, and in alignment with the Company values and operating philosophy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Welding experience
• Possess good mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings
• Ability to work independently on complex custom jobs with little to no supervision

Responsibilities

• Follow all standard work instructions.
• Gather, prepare, cut, roll, bend, weld and/or assemble raw material to produce parts as detailed on mechanical drawings.
• Ensure all quality standards are met including proper fit and alignment, verifying dimensions and performing any necessary testing.
• Maintain and follow a production schedule to deliver parts on time.
• Document work and results as specified.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and safe working practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Fulton Safety Training (Crane, Tow Motor, Fire, Etc.)
