Job Summary The Welder Helper reports directly to the Service Manager and will assist the welder with fabrication, and provides preventative and repair services to current equipment owned by Griffin Fluid Management. The Welder Helper tasks include but not limited to; preparing materials, setting up equipment and work area, assisting lead welder, grinding or brushing welds, moving equipment in and out of the shop, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
