SUMMARY A Welder/Grinder is responsible for performing skilled welding and grinding work on stairs, rails, and miscellaneous metals using MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques, while ensuring precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet fast-paced project demands.
Ability to use basic math and geometry.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
