In this role, you'll build and repair the metal components that keep our manufacturing operations running - from guards and brackets to tables, shelving, racks, and machine fixtures. This is a great fit for someone who loves creating quality weldments, fabricating from scratch, and working with a supportive team.

Requirements

  • Strong welding experience (MIG/TIG especially)
  • Ability to fabricate from raw material to finished part
  • Ability to read prints and use measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and safety
  • Team mindset

Responsibilities

  • MIG, TIG welding
  • Fit, tack, weld, grind, and finish metal parts
  • Fabricate parts using drawings, blueprints, sketches, or verbal instructions
  • Use fabrication tools: cutting torches, grinders, saws, shears, press brake (preferred)
  • Support production, engineering, maintenance, and machine shop teams
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe workspace
  • Low volume high variety of work
