We'll train you on the tools, techniques, and safety standards that set Valmont apart. Requirements

A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools
Interest in welding or fabrication work
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
High school diploma or GED preferred
No prior welding experience required - we'll train you

Responsibilities

Performing MIG welding on structural steel components
Reading basic blueprints and work instructions
Inspecting welds and ensuring product quality
Following safety procedures and reporting issues
Working closely with team members to meet production goals
