Requirements

  • 2+ years of TIG welding experience (aluminum required).
  • Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measure).
  • Knowledge of welding symbols and fabrication techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Experience welding thin-gauge aluminum.

Nice To Haves

  • AWS certification (a plus).
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO or quality management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TIG welding on aluminum parts and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Set up welding equipment and ensure proper settings for aluminum materials.
  • Inspect welds to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Grind, clean, and finish welded surfaces as required.
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards).
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production needs.
  • Meet daily production and quality goals.
