Requirements

Graduation from related trade school or high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least 1-3 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of experience TIG welding.
Experience with aluminum strongly preferred.
Knowledge and ability to assess metal structures to identify and initaiate repair of damaged welds.
Ability to measure close tolerances (Metric & Imperial)
Knowledge and ability to use small tools, operate air/hand tools, welders, grinder and buffing machines

Responsibilities

Repair robot welds as needed
In Line Inspection
Leak Testing
Documentation
Repair welds
Fast Response in case of systematic welding defects
Camera-Offset Riveting
Backup for operators
Assess welds to ensure cleanliness and within designated specifications of customer requirements.
Reads and follows all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
