About The Position

You will be responsible for overseeing team performance, providing training and support, and ensuring efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate your team to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards. Provide effective training and feedback to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Demonstrate proficiency in using necessary equipment and assist team members in its proper use. Coordinate and assign tasks to team members to optimize workflow. Oversee the quality of work and ensure adherence to standards. Monitor project and production progress to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Effectively communicate with team members and plant leadership to ensure smooth operations and address concerns. Identify and resolve problems to maintain productivity and efficiency. Lift, push, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds or more. Other duties, as assigned

Requirements

Supervisory experience preferred.
2-5 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or training.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Physical fitness to perform required tasks.
Proficiency in the specific area of responsibility.
