About The Position

The Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring that team members adhere to company standards, policies and regulations. This is a working lead role with the addition of coordinating tasks, providing training and mentorship, and facilitating communication between team members and Supervisor. DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards, policies and regulations. · Allocate tasks and assignments to team members based on their skills and workload. · Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members, focusing on skill development and professional growth. · Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and quality of work. · Facilitate communication between team members and Supervisor, acting as a liaison to ensure smooth operation and collaboration. · Manage conflict resolution within the team, addressing issues promptly and mediating disputes to maintain a positive work environment. · Prepare and review reports on team performance, project progress, and operational challenges, presenting findings to Supervisor. · Implement innovative solutions and process improvements to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the team. · When Supervisor is away, Lead might be asked to support meetings. · Will strive to be hands on work at least 80% of the time. This role is required to be on-site 4 days at the El Cajon, CA location.
