The Welcome Center Attendant helps maintain a safe environment by greeting and providing directions if needed to visitors, monitoring fire panel, maintaining traffic log, and securing assigned doors. Essential Job Functions: Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Maintains punctuality and completes shift assignments. Performs job with a neat, professional appearance and conducts themselves in a friendly, professional manner to provide quality customer service. Monitors fire alarm system, maintains vehicle log and monitors traffic, gives directions, and any locking of doors. Locking of doors consists of locking up all assigned doors after 2nd shift and unlocking all assigned doors before 1st shift. Communicates with residents, maintenance Dept. personal, and other personal in a proper manner. Helps maintain and secure all areas of Salemtowne by reporting any maintenance/security issues. Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Promotes & supports the Salemtowne Shines culture & philosophy. Performs other duties as assigned.
