About The Position

About the Role: We re looking for a positive, adaptable, and energetic weekend Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, patrons, and callers in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment. This role is at the heart of the action phones are constantly ringing, deliveries are frequent (especially during rodeo season!), and guests are always coming and going. If you thrive in a dynamic setting and can keep a smile on your face no matter how busy it gets, this could be a great fit for you.

Requirements

• A people person with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay upbeat, courteous, and professional in a busy, sometimes chaotic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Comfort with lifting and managing deliveries (up to 50 lbs)
• Tech savvy to manage email and various computer tasks.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to go with the flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume phone line with professionalism and courtesy.
• Greet and assist all guests, patrons, and visitors with a welcoming, service-first attitude.
• Monitor and respond to emails in the general inbox, including handling lost-and-found requests.
• Receive, organize, and distribute deliveries, keeping the lobby clear and guest-ready.
• Solve problems quickly and efficiently, staying calm under pressure.
• Flexibly shift between tasks and wear many hats as needed to support daily operations.
