Overview The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to cover the main reception area and provide general administrative and clerical support during Market Week from February 25th 2026 - March 5th 2026. The selected candidate must be fully available for the duration of market week.

  • Proficient in Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet people entering organization
  • Direct people to correct destinations
  • Field queries from the public and customers
  • General administrative and clerical support
  • Maintain conference room schedules
  • Maintain company contact sheet
