Title: Market Week Receptionist Overview The Receptionist’s primary responsibility is to cover the main reception area and provide general administrative and clerical support during Market Week from February 25th – March 5th . The selected candidate must be fully available for the duration of market week.

Responsibilities
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Provide information to callers
- Greet people entering organization
- Direct people to correct destinations
- Field queries from the public and customers
- General administrative and clerical support
- Maintain conference room schedules
- Maintain company contact sheet
