Marksman Security is Now Hiring for a Weekend Supervisor/Lobby Officer - Dual Role! Site Location: Toyota Motor North America, Inc. - 6565 Headquarters Dr. Plano, TX 75019 $18.50 per hour & $23.00 per hour Shift Schedule 0600-1400 Thursday -Monday This will be a dual rate: Mon/Thurs/Fri - Main Lobby Role at $18.50 per hour Saturday and Sunday - Supervisor Role at $23.00 per hour Team leaders with 2 years prior supervision experience in the security or service industry should apply immediately! Security Site Supervisors oversee and manage site activity within a designated shift schedule and location. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

Requirements

TX Security License (Required)
Valid TX Driver's License and clean driving history (Required)
High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of two years previous security supervision or leadership experience required
Flexible/ on- call schedule availability
Professional demeanor and appearance
Excellent computer skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Attentive to detail
Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience utilizing security equipment and protocols required
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Responsibilities

Working Site Supervisor on shift
Interact with all guests (clients and visitors) in a professional demeanor
Foster client relationships through continuous communication and support
Develop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contract
Ensure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reports
Review and verify all reports and logs for accuracy
Address and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely manner
Train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is met
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)
Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers/tablets etc.)
Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely manner
Manage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessary
Other duties to be determined by management
