Requirements

• Strong Communication Skills
• Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage
• Polite and friendly demeanor
• Previous experience serving
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be RAMP certified or willing to train

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the dining room.
• Taking drink, appetizer, entree, and dessert orders accurately while answering any necessary questions regarding the menu
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire Guest experience
• Helping the guest navigate our extensive food and beverage menu
• Collecting and processing payments
• Clearing and resetting tables
