Requirements

Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
Must possess 2 years of experience of office experience
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required

Nice To Haves

Previous experience handling a high call volume is preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for receptionist duties that include timely answering of telephones and recording messages.
Ensures messages are received by the appropriate party.
