About The Position

PhotoMules is seeking energetic, outgoing team members to join us at youth sports tournaments throughout the Southeast. This is a weekend-based (with expanded weekday hours during summer months), outdoor position combining customer engagement, event photography, and on-site sales. If you enjoy being active, talking with people, and earning commission based on performance, this could be a great fit. No prior photography experience needed. We provide paid training and all equipment!

Requirements

• Comfortable starting conversations and engaging with customers
• Motivated by commission and performance-based earnings
• Dependable and punctual for weekend travel
• Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10 miles per day)
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather
• Available most weekends (Friday–Sunday with expanded weekday hours during peak summer months)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle capable of long-distance travel (5+ hours)

Responsibilities

• Work at outdoor youth sporting events and tournament venues
• Photograph teams and individual athletes (training provided)
• Interact with parents and players to promote photo packages
• Generate excitement and drive on-site sales
• Explain package options and process transactions
• Contribute to event setup and breakdown
• Travel to weekend tournaments with the team
