Responsibilities
- Ensure the gym is clean, organized, and ready for members at closing time.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests.
- Assist with membership sign-ups and inquiries.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor gym equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all members.
- Support team members in achieving daily operational goals.
- Enforce gym policies and procedures to ensure member safety.
